Outstanding book!  An absolute MUST READ for anyone looking to understand even the basics of work comp. Most admirable feature...the
surprise at the end!  With the focus always being on managing programs, safety, claims, and loss reduction, it was like a breath of fresh air
to get the end of the book and find a section explaining that there is hope and that this life as we know it is very temporary.
